Tiros is Londinium Volley’s introductory programme for players aged 12 and under who are new to volleyball. Through enjoyable, age-appropriate activities, players develop coordination, movement and confidence with the ball while learning the foundations of serving, passing and attacking. Small-sided games give everyone frequent opportunities to participate, make decisions and experience teamwork. The programme introduces competition gradually through friendly matches, home festivals and beginner tournaments in a familiar and supportive environment. The focus is on enjoyment, belonging and building the skills and confidence needed to progress through Londinium’s junior pathway.
